Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for OCI Finance & Analytics to lead a high-performing team, own financial planning, and drive advanced analytics for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

You will partner with executives to optimize cloud investments, deliver executive-level insights, and build scalable BI solutions across global teams. Strong leadership, data fluency, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, cloud finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience leading reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives using SQL and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise planning tools.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a High-Performing Team: inspire, coach, and develop finance professionals and data analysts.
• Drive OCI Financial Strategy: own planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and long-range planning for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Transform Analytics & Reporting: strategy and execution of scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Influence Across Oracle: serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and translate complex information for executives.
