Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with server and network hardware in a data center.

• Proficient in using ticketing systems and following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server racks and hardware components.
• Perform break-fix repairs and troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
• Respond to operational incidents affecting service availability and escalate when necessary.
• Act as a primary point of contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rotations, maintenance, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain documentation; contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
