Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Services Project Manager in Missouri to lead startup and commissioning projects for large data center clients. You will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, control, and job closure on site, coordinating with DOC centers and multiple trades.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical project leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and PMP certification; willing to travel about 75% and reside within 50 miles of Fenton.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years leading electrical, construction, or industrial projects.
Valid driver's license with clean MVR; travel frequent.
Will travel within ~50 miles of Fenton, MO; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to meet scope and budgets.
Receive handoffs and review technical scope and scheduling requirements.
Utilize PM tools to track milestones and on-site deliverables.
Lead project meetings and communication plans with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with DOCs and other trades to drive execution efficiency.
Manage closeout activities including punch lists and warranties.
Provide financial oversight and change order management.
Collaborate with NAS PMO, sales engineers, and TAS teams.
Mentor team members and develop project management competencies.
