Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Data Center Field Superintendent to lead daily field execution for data center infrastructure, AI compute, network deployment, remediation, commissioning, and installation projects across the United States. You will manage personnel, safety, schedule, and client coordination to deliver customer-ready results.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in data center or related environments and 3+ years in field leadership roles, with strong knowledge of rack and stack,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center, telecommunications, structured cabling or related fields.
• 3+ years leading field crews as superintendent/lead.
• Willingness to travel 75–90% nationwide.
• Preferred BICSI certifications (RCDD/RTPM/DCDC/Installer).
• Experience reading drawings, rack elevations, MOPs, runbooks, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for data center infrastructure and related projects.
• Own the daily field plan, resource alignment, sequencing, and production goals.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Conduct daily planning, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate access, tools, materials, equipment, and site readiness.
• Review scopes, drawings, cabling schedules, and client standards.
• Monitor productivity, milestones, and schedule recovery.
• Identify and escalate field risks, blockers, and safety concerns.
• Inspect work for quality, labeling, and closeout evidence.
• Drive punch-list closure and customer-readiness reviews.
