Job summary

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to own field operations within their area, coordinating with peers like QAQC and Safety Managers.

You will supervise field activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence across BIU teams. Responsibilities include leading daily meetings, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and developing personnel readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Superintendent or similar in commercial/mission-critical construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and phases of work.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field activities on the jobsite, including structure, personnel, finishes, and site work.
• Lead daily site meetings with subcontractors, field teams, and BIU members to align work plans.
• Inspect work for compliance with contract docs, specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics: delivery, staging, and storage of materials.
• Maintain and update the project schedule with input from the PM and BIU leadership.
• Direct operational execution of your BIU, ensuring alignment with schedules.
• Monitor BIU readiness: personnel, equipment, training requirements.
• Forecast manpower, materials, and needs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate coordination between BIU teams, logistics, safety, estimating, and QA.
• Prepare BIU Briefings for senior leadership on metrics, status and issues.
• Respond to disruptions, initiate contingency plans, oversee recovery.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, field reports and progress tracking.
