Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Center OSP Project Manager to lead outside plant fiber construction projects within large-scale data center environments, guiding field operations from planning through closeout. The role requires coordinating crews, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time, and within-target projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and current DOT medical card.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in low-voltage or fiber environments.
• Direct experience supporting data center projects with fiber optics, structured cabling, networking, DAS, security, or fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute work from construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of safety and OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from planning through closeout.

• Monitor project costs and budgets; ensure financial targets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules on site.
