The role focuses on building upkeep, HVAC/lighting maintenance, and safe operations for hyperscale environments. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in building maintenance, with strong problem-solving and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying environments.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks to keep facilities clean and organized.
• Execute electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Monitor HVAC and lighting systems; replace components as needed.
• Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and landscaping.
• Set up and move furniture for events.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
