Qualifications

• 2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems or hardware.
• Experience with component-level repairs on IT equipment.
• Experience working in a data center or network operation center environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure.
• Report and troubleshoot issues with equipment or infrastructure.
• Maintain security and track media for data security issues.
• Disassemble end-of-life equipment for maintenance.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Skills

Experience with assembly of mechanical or electrical systems

Diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems and computer hardware

Ability to lift/move 50lb of equipment

Ability to work non-standard hours

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Completion of the Google IT Support Professional Certificate program
