Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Analyst Information & Workplace Services (P2) to ensure the smooth operation of Data Centers onsite. You will install, maintain, support, and monitor Data Center infrastructure, with emphasis on documentation, access control, and change management.

A U.S. security clearance is required; onsite relocation is possible per policy. Certifications in Security+ and Net+ are encouraged within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have university degree or equivalent experience;/or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in managing Data Centers including Digital Technology infrastructure, networking and facilities.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on inter-team communication and documenting Data Center details for smooth project growth.
• Serve as the primary Digital Technology contact for Facilities issues within Data Centers.
• Support Data Center environmental monitoring strategy including power outages and temperature monitoring.
• Maintain Data Center naming conventions, access control, inventory, and change control procedures.
• Escort for planned and unplanned Facilities events/projects and coordinate third-party maintenance.
