Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure with high quality and no impact to customers.
• Drive safety, security, availability, quality and performance while maintaining customer experience across shifts.
• Manage 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers in all career facets.
• Lead improvement projects from conception to completion with cross-team coordination.
• Ensure staffing levels meet expansion needs and participate in ongoing construction.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to meet SLAs and manage budget/expenditures.
