Responsibilities

• Oversee data center's critical infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineers and Facility Managers.
• Drive improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain staffing levels and support expansions.
• Be involved in ongoing construction activities.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
