Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in data center/critical facility.
• Experience with building systems including UPS, emergency generators, and switchgear.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on building systems to support 100% uptime.
• Manage work orders, CMMS, vendor relations, and customer-facing tickets.
• Understand and follow emergency escalation procedures and safety policies.
• Analyze system operation and take corrective action when needed.
