Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC seeks an experienced EPC Infrastructure Manager to own post-award EPC activities for our OFCI Data Center build. You will oversee change management, payments, claims, and warranty, ensuring alignment between owner-furnished equipment and EPC scope.

The role embeds with Grey Space procurement, construction, and engineering teams and requires strong contractual literacy and experience with heavy industrial infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPC contract administration, construction contracts management, or owner's commercial management on capital projects.
• Direct post-award ownership of EPC, EPCM, design-build, or comparable construction agreements at the $50M+ package level.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure to manage scope, changes, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the EPC agreement through construction and closeout; manage the change order process end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Grey Space buyers to align OFCI delivery milestones with EPC construction sequence; escalate commercial risk when equipment slips.
• Track obligations for insurance, bonding, safety, reporting, and progress payments; manage liens and retention releases.
