Job summary

NorthMark Strategies is seeking an experienced EPC Infrastructure Manager to own the post-award commercial execution for OFCI Data Center projects. You will work inside Grey Space Procurement, coordinating with construction, engineering, and category buyers to protect schedule and control costs.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on change management, progress payments, claims, and warranty implementation after EPC award, ensuring a clean handoff and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPC contract administration or owner's commercial management.
• Direct post-award ownership of EPC/EPCM/design-build contracts at the $50M+ package level.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure to engage with contractors and engineers.
• Experience managing change orders, claims, and back-charges to resolution.
• Progress billing experience: schedule of values, retention, lien waivers, earned value.
• Strong contractual literacy for EPC agreements and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the EPC agreement through construction and closeout.
• Manage the end-to-end change order process: review, negotiate, and disposition changes.
• Track obligations: scope, schedule, insurance, bonding, safety, and reporting.
• Administer progress payments: review pay apps against values and verify earned value.
• Manage claims, disputes, back-charges, and liquidated damages; document positions.
• Coordinate OS&D, warranty transition, and interface with owner and EPC.
• Drive risk management with project controls, finance, and legal.
• Closeout: punchlist, final payment, retention release, warranty docs.
