As a CBRE Technical Manager, you will lead a team in developing and maintaining standardized, best-practice operational processes for critical environment facilities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and safety regulations. This involves collaborating with facility operations and maintenance, delivering technical training, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilizing as-built drawings. You will maintain strong client and engineer communication, continuously improve preventive maintenance and safety programs, and provide technical support for incidents, projects, and emergencies. Further responsibilities include supporting asset management plans, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to strategic process improvements across the US portfolio.
