About The Role

As a CBRE Technical Manager, you'll lead a team to develop and maintain operational processes for critical environment facilities, ensuring compliance with contractual and safety standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with facility operations, delivering technical training, monitoring KPIs, maintaining drawings, and supporting asset management and compliance initiatives across the US portfolio.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Implementation and reporting on SHIELD/CERM areas
• Client contract review and critical infrastructure documentation
• Site operational responsibilities including staffing, business continuity, and safety drills
• Maintenance planning and incident support
• Capacity management and root cause analysis

Leadership & Communication

• 10+ years managing facility engineering teams with strong leadership and communication skills

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI, CMMS, BMS, DCIM, EPMS, Bluebeam, and/or CAD

Technical Knowledge

• Extensive understanding of data center infrastructure including generators, UPS, PDUs, ATSs, cooling systems, and water systems
• Ability to read electrical and water diagrams and understand operational sequences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Facility Management certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 annually. Benefits include 401K, health, dental, vision, life insurance.
