• Experience with data center hardware installation (rack/stack) and cabling
• Ability to perform remote hands support (power cycles, cabling, component swaps)

Responsibilities

• Shift management and monitoring of data center queues.
• Provide support to L3 teams during network upgrades and server patching.
• Coordinate shipments and verify parts vs packing lists.
• Grant site access to vendors and escort 3rd parties for data center activities.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and safety practices in the data halls.
• Support service management processes (requests, incidents, changes).
