Job summary

Meta seeks a Data Center Energy Regulatory Analyst to track and analyze electric utility regulatory proceedings across data center locations. You will support regulatory dockets and engage with regulators, industry bodies, and internal teams to advance Meta's energy and reliability priorities.

You will monitor proceedings, help draft responses, coordinate with energy, legal, and policy units, and contribute to site-specific energy infrastructure planning for Meta's data center fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with utility regulatory proceedings and processes.
• Experience interpreting utility tariff changes and rate proposals.
• Strong communications skills and ability to partner with internal teams.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, analyze, and summarize utility regulatory proceedings.
• Support the development of Meta's responses to regulatory dockets and represent Meta's priorities.
• Lead initial review of commission regulatory proposals and evaluate impacts on operations and development plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners across multiple departments.
• Implement processes to optimize docket identification, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead communication between internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Support execution of energy infrastructure strategies for data centers.
• Participate in ad-hoc energy initiatives to deliver value.
