Job summary

RDH Building Science, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support high‑performing building enclosures on large, fast‑paced projects nationwide with frequent travel to data centers and sites across the US.

You will collaborate with design teams, contractors, clients, and field staff to deliver durable enclosure solutions. You will drive projects from design through construction and field review, evaluate conditions, and mentor junior staff while embedding health and safety in planning and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architectural Science, or related field.
• 4+ years in building enclosure consulting or building science.
• PE or Architect registration (or licensure in progress) with stamping ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure scopes on moderate-to-large projects, including data centers.
• Perform investigations, design, documentation and field reviews with independence.
• Provide on-site support during construction and document observations.
• Deliver scopes within budget and schedule with high technical quality.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and address conflicts professionally.
• Embed health and safety into travel and field activities.
