RDH Building Science, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support high‑performing building enclosures on large, fast‑paced projects, with a strong travel component across the US. You will coordinate with design teams, contractors, clients, and field staff from design through construction and field review.

The role emphasizes building science expertise, enclosure design, and hands‑on problem solving, including on-site observations, documentation, and practical durable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architectural Science, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure consulting, building science, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer or Architect registration, or actively working toward licensure, with ability to stamp as required.
• Travel frequently to project sites, including extended periods on site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical execution of building enclosure scopes on projects of moderate complexity, including large-scale data center projects.
• Provide on-site support during construction, documenting observations and resolving enclosure-related issues.
• Deliver scopes within budget and schedule with strong technical quality.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to support timely project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and navigate team conflicts professionally.
• Embed health and safety into project planning, travel, and field activities.
