The role focuses on guiding technical interpretations of drawings and specifications, resolving field issues, and coordinating with home office and client stakeholders in a rapidly evolving data center environment. The position emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and effective communication while operating within a hybrid work model that balances offices, projects, and remote

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of construction-oriented means, methods, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the project team on technical interpretation of drawings and specs to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with home office engineering, outside firms, and client representatives for timely responses.
• Support permitting processes and engagement with AHJs and field design-build activities.
• Oversee construction document management and ensure revision-controlled communication with subcontractors.
• Guide the team on deviation requests and NCR resolution with Field Quality and Home Office Engineering.
