Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role emphasizes safety, quality, production, and building high-performing teams delivering world-class electrical work.

You will supervise foremen, Journeymen, apprentices and subcontractors, coordinate manpower and schedules, review drawings, and maintain strong relationships with clients and inspectors while mentoring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
• Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project milestones.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop future field leaders.
