Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager – QA/QC to support a large-scale data center project as an Owner’s Representative. This role provides field oversight of electrical construction, ensuring work adheres to drawings, specs, quality requirements, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has deep electrical construction experience overseeing contractors, inspecting installations, identifying deficiencies, and driving resolutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive electrical construction experience with field supervision.
• Experience with QA/QC, inspections, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner-side oversight of electrical construction and QA/QC activities.
• Monitor contractors for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Perform field inspections to identify deficiencies.
• Coordinate punch-list items, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Review electrical drawings, specs, schematics, and docs.
• Support electrical testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
