Amazon is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Electrical Engineer, Field Engineering to support AWS Data Centers from design through operation. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform RCA/CA, and lead upgrades to increase capacity and efficiency.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, provide onsite field support, and participate in audits and construction turnover. A background in electrical engineering and hands-on field experience are essential for this role at AWS data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial, data center, or facilities engineering.
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data center equipment and document corrective actions (RCA/CA).
• Support field operations with technical training and SOP reviews.
• Lead conceptual designs for upgrades to improve capacity, availability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and safety teams to ensure reliability.
• Lead audits and act as resident engineer on construction and turnover events.
