Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ cumulative years of experience in industrial, municipal, or commercial engineering including data centers, power generation, oil/gas facilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and create corrective action documentation for site/equipment failures.
• Support operational issues with ad-hoc training, SOP reviews, and event support for critical equipment.
• Own conceptual design for data center upgrades to add capacity, improve availability, and increase efficiency and sustainability.
• Interface with data center operations, design engineering, server hardware, and safety teams to promote standards.
