Job summary

PowerSource Automation and Controls is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical & Systems Integration Engineer to lead the design, integration, and commissioning of complex control and electrical systems in data centers and industrial facilities. You will drive projects from concept to execution with hands-on field experience.

You will manage multi-vendor integrations, develop control logic for PLCs, SCADA, and BMS, ensure NEC/NFPA/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with contractors and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in electrical systems, controls, or systems integration
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, BMS, and HMI platforms
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or industrial environments
• Strong networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA standards
• Proven ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through commissioning
• Develop drawings, schematics, as-builts, and O&M documentation
• Create test plans and commissioning procedures
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client teams
• Train operations staff and end-users
• Diagnose and resolve system faults quickly and effectively
• Re-engineer underperforming or legacy systems
• Implement automation improvements to reduce manual effort
