Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced EHS Site Manager to monitor data-center projects with direct accountability for delivery onsite in Red Oak, TX. You will lead safety activities, track EHS metrics, and coordinate with GC teams and the owner's representative to maintain compliance and progress.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. A relevant degree and several years of construction/ EHS experience are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of a degree, experience will be considered.
• Minimum four years' construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience.
• Previous data center construction experience is preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Routinely monitor the GC's EHS performance to ensure compliance with practices, procedures, regulatory requirements and owner expectations.
• Interface and support the construction management team with data on GC EHS performance and metrics.
• Participate in safety meetings and notices to communicate EHS information across the site.
• Ensure daily safety walkabouts and weekly inspections with GC management and owner representatives.
• Assist in design reviews throughout the lifecycle and support the Data Center Construction EHS Plan.
