Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in New Mexico seeks an Operations Environment, Health, & Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across designated sites. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS Playbook, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and STACK standards while collaborating with Operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in health and safety within critical operations, data centers, and NFPA 70E familiarity, plus strong communication and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in health and safety in critical operations environments.
• Data center or critical operations experience; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage high-risk activity controls (electrical safety, lockout/tagout).
• Ensure regional EHS compliance with applicable requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and content for 29 CFR 1910 topics.
• Review MOPs and participate in regional CAB meetings.
• Assess sites for regulatory and STACK standard conformance.
