STACK Infrastructure in Santa Teresa, NM is seeking a Regional Environmental Manager to lead safety performance and compliance across our data centers, ensuring operations meet the highest health and safety standards.
You will develop and implement EHS procedures, serve as a technical resource for Critical Operations, supervise risk controls for high‑risk activities, and support commissioning hand‑offs from construction to operations.

STACK’s Regional Environmental Manager is a key leadership role focused on safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement within our operating data centers. The successful candidate will develop and support the implementation of EHS procedures. They will be a technical resource for the Critical Operations team members and involved in the oversight and planning, as it relates to the environment, health, and safety, for critical maintenance and special projects. They will create goals for continually improving all aspects of data center safety to ensure we are minimizing risks and protecting people. Additionally, they will support the EHS aspects of commissioning data centers and the hand-off from construction to operations. The role requires a creative mind, a desire to get things done, knowledge of regulations and best practices for operating data centers, a skill in developing relationships, a passion for people, and a sincere desire to improve every day. Being successful at STACK requires adaptability, attention to detail, commitment to doing the right thing, and the energy to respond to immediate needs while planning for the future.
