Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an Operations EHS Manager in Santa Teresa, NM to lead the rollout and maintenance of the EHS Playbook across sites. You will partner with Operations teams to drive safety performance, conduct root-cause investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and STACK standards.

You will manage risk, deliver training, review MOPs, and lead regional EHS initiatives with a focus on safe data center operations and multi-employer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Electrical Safety, Mechanical Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with health and safety in critical operations environments; ideally data center operations.
• Experience with electrical safety and NFPA 70E.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective EHS programs for high-risk activities (electrical safety, lockout/tagout, fall protection, contractor management).
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and support to Operations teams across the region.
• Conduct site assessments for regulatory compliance and STACK standards.
• Review and approve MOPs and participate in CAB regional reviews.
