Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager in Virginia to lead environmental management and compliance across STACK’s data center projects. You will coordinate due diligence, permitting, reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration with development and operations teams.

The role requires 7-10+ years in environmental management, with hands-on Phase I/II ESAs, NEPA, SWPPP, SPCC, Tier II, and air permitting experience, ideally within data center development and

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years’ experience with environmental management.
• Experience in Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, noise studies, NEPA, SWPPP, SPCC, Tier II.
• Experience in air permitting is required.
• Data Center project development experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Virginia environmental regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental due diligence, permitting and compliance across STACK data centers.
• Develop scopes of work and coordinate 3rd party bids; review environmental reports and deliverables.
• Provide training and resources on environmental compliance to teams.
• Advise on strategies to support development efforts and permit obligations.
