Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Safety Manager to join our EHS team on an active data center construction site in Northern Virginia. You will ensure OSHA compliance, coordinate with the GC, and lead safety programs to protect workers.

You will monitor performance, investigate incidents, and drive standardized safety practices across the project, interfacing with CHQ leadership and project management to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years construction EHS in data centers or heavy industrial projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel to CHQ US data center sites as needed.
• High ethical standards with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Routinely monitor GC’s EHS performance to ensure compliance with EHS plans and regulations.
• Interface with CHQ’s PM and leadership, presenting EHS data and trends.
• Lead daily EHS inspections on active data center construction sites.
• Coordinate incident investigations and root-cause analysis with GC and CHQ teams.
• Participate in GC monthly safety leadership and progress meetings.
• Implement standardized safety practices across the project lifecycle.
