Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an EHS Manager to own environment, health, and safety across data center construction and operations. You will lead contractor safety programs, review safety plans, and ensure compliance across construction, commissioning, and live sites.

You will travel to multiple sites, enforce multi-employer safety standards, and partner with the EHS Lead and other teams to scale safety practices as the data center footprint grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EHS with construction or data center experience.
• Proven ability to lead contractor safety programs and multi-employer sites.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910; NFPA 70E.
• Excellent field leadership and safety decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and run programs governing contractor work on sites.
• Review safety plans, permits, and site orientations.
• Manage high-hazard work and incident investigations.
• Oversee safety across construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Coordinate with EHS Lead and partners across departments.
