Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee safety, security, and environmental compliance programs across construction sites. You will lead site inspections, safety training, and incident investigations, while coordinating with contractors to maintain OSHA compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and substantial construction safety experience, with preference for GC background and certifications such as CHST or CSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct construction safety experience preferred.
• General Contractor experience preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus.
• CHST or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for construction staff.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Assist coordinators in document control and development.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Update EHS dashboards and reports.
• Monitor EHS metrics and report on a routine basis.
