Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead nationwide EHS programs. You will develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety culture across data centers. Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Required eight+ years in EHS, a related bachelor's degree, and CSP/OSHA credentials or ability to obtain within two years. Travel 25–50% is expected; a robust benefit package complements this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS technical, business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within a mission-critical environment.
• Certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals or equivalent, or ability to obtain within two years.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all EHS programs.
• Conduct and review audits of EHS programs and improvements.
• Maintain environmental permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Lead site EHS champions and manage corporate-wide EHS goals.
