Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks an experienced EHS Professional for an onsite role in Saline, MI. You will lead the implementation of a comprehensive safety program tailored to data center operations, including developing policies, procedures, and training materials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience, focused on data center safety.
• Expertise in OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001 and local regs.
• LOTO, Arc Flash, heights, material handling, noise/heat management.
• Experience with EHS documentation, audits, and program rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of an EHS program for data centers.
• Develop and customize EHS policies, procedures, training materials, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001 and local regs.
• Collaborate with site staff and contractors to roll out safety program.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and Workshops; monitor metrics.
