Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead a team onsite at Abilene, TX (and other locations). You will translate global EHS programs into site-level execution, drive accountability, coach field teams, and mitigate operational risks in hyperscale data center environments.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in EHS with leadership experience and strong knowledge of OSHA standards, LOTO, Arc Flash, and contractor safety.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of EHS experience including leadership/people management.
• Experience leading EHS programs in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and site audits.
• Proven ability to translate global programs to site-level execution.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team of EHS Specialists across hyperscale data centers.
• Drive implementation of EHS programs, policies, and procedures across sites.
• Partner with Data Center Operations, Construction, and Facilities to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure safe contractor management and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor EHS KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and capability building for site teams.
• Engage with regional leadership to report on performance and risks.
