Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, is seeking an experienced Cloud EHS Specialist for an onsite role in Abilene, TX. You will lead the implementation of a comprehensive safety program for data center operations, developing policies, procedures, training, and checklists tailored to site-specific risks.

The role requires expertise in LOTO, Arc Flash, working at heights, material handling, noise, and heat management, with a focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience in data centers.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS programs and documentation.
• Certifications such as ASP, CIH or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the EHS program for data centers and site operations.
• Develop and customize EHS policies, procedures, training materials and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Collaborate with site staff and contractors to roll out safety programs.
