You will create compelling presentations for stakeholders and maintain an internal knowledge base on market trends and best practices. A bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in data centers, real estate development, or underwriting preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial viability, and risk assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify data center development opportunities.
• Assess feasibility and profitability through underwriting and market research.
• Coordinate with consultants on land use, site planning, risk assessment.
• Create presentations and reports to support development assumptions.
