Nscale is seeking a Development Associate to support the development of new AI data center sites across the Americas. You will work with development managers to advance projects from origination through due diligence, entitlement, and permitting to Final Investment Decision (FID).

This role is central to Nscale’s development engine and offers exposure to the full development lifecycle. You will run diligence workstreams, coordinate consultants, and build analysis and reporting that keeps a

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, finance, or consulting; data center exposure is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage many moving pieces across concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; able to distill complex information into clear, concise summaries.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Excel/Sheets modeling preferred; self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support development managers advancing a portfolio of AI data center sites from origination through diligence and FID.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, budgets, and risk registers across projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day with external consultants and internal teams (Energy and Power, Design, Preconstruction).
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to keep workstreams moving.
