Tract Capital is seeking an Associate on the Project Development team to drive end-to-end data center development from site selection through disposition. You will coordinate permitting, energy infrastructure, and project financing while aligning multiple workstreams and partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in data center or related development, with a bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees are strongly preferred. Remote work options are available within the US.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of direct experience in data center or infrastructure development.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder project environments encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle data center development across sites and milestones.
• Coordinate permitting across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Support financing, diligence materials, and lender responses.
• Oversee risk, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
