Zusammenfassung

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking a Data Center Development Analyst to support rapid data center expansion. This role serves as the initial contact for opportunities, gathering technical and commercial data to advance qualified projects for Director review.

You will manage multiple opportunities, coordinate with brokers, operators, and vendors, and help prepare LOIs and executive summaries while tracking the opportunity pipeline and risks.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure development, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of data center power, cooling, capacity, and infrastructure.
• Ability to evaluate commercial proposals and lease/colocation pricing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with vendors, brokers, or infrastructure providers.
• Ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Demonstrated follow-through on commitments and accurate project information.

Aufgaben

• QUALIFY opportunities by initial contact with brokers, operators, and developers.
• Gather technical and commercial data for evaluation.
• Prepare concise recommendations for Director-level review.
• Maintain centralized pipeline of opportunities and tracking.
• Coordinate information requests and meetings with external partners.
• Support due-diligence and LOI preparation as needed.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline status and risks.
