Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager (TFO Construction) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on campus projects. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Data Center Operations staff to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders to develop master development programs, entitlements, and capital budgets, while maintaining schedules and budgets across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities across projects.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules and status reports for each project.
• Create monthly executive updates on development programs and project status.
