Job summary

Quality Technology Services (QTS) is seeking a Development Project Engineer to assist with design, preconstruction and construction on data center campuses. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers and Operations to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include supporting master development programs, entitlements, cost estimates and procurement efforts, while maintaining clear executive-level reporting and strong cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day to day activities.
• Assist with multiple projects on campuses, updating budgets, schedules and status reports for each.
• Assist with monthly development program and project status updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design and construction teams on master development program and capital budget.
• Assist with entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
• Assist with scopes of work for design, construction and commissioning services; participate in procurement and cost estimates.
• Review pricing proposals for design, construction and commissioning services.
