Job summary

CyrusOne seeks a Development Management Associate to support data center campus delivery from initiation through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, facilitate communications, and implement program management processes to keep leadership aware of risks and progress.

Role involves collaboration with Land, Power, Investment, Legal, Sales, Design/Engineering and Construction teams, plus creating dashboards and executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate investment/development or related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate, valuation, capital markets and deal structuring.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities from initiation to completion.
• Facilitate communications and meetings across internal teams.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting packages for leadership.
• Maintain project data in collaborative platforms with governance and data hygiene.
