Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction & Development to lead data center construction projects with emphasis on mission-critical MEP systems. You will support planning, permitting, RFP development with Procurement, and manage budgets and schedules across multiple sites.

The role requires 7+ years in data center or heavy construction, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 25%. PMP or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Procore and MS Project is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mission-critical data center development or heavy MEP construction.
• Experience leading project teams with GC, subcontractors and owner’s PMs.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and permitting of major projects.
• Develop and issue RFPs with Procurement and manage budgets.
• Lead construction from inception to completion and coordinate utilities.
• Attend OAC, LV and OFCI meetings; ensure design-build alignment.
• Implement recycling and sustainability programs during construction.
• Oversee documentation lifecycle and weekly status reporting.
