American Real Estate Partners (AREP) is seeking a Director of Data Center Development & Construction to coordinate entitlement, design, construction, and promotion of data center projects. This role is based at the Paducah, KY project site with minimum 25% travel to HQ.

You will work with consultants, design and engineering teams, general contractors, equipment suppliers, capital partners, and other stakeholders to drive project success across the lifecycle including sustainability plans and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required; PMP/CCM a plus.
• Extensive experience leading mission-critical data center or complex commercial construction projects.
• Ability to interpret regulations and develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development and project management across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, entitlement, and construction with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, and pro-forma models; report progress and sustainability metrics.
