Job summary

American Real Estate Partners (AREP) seeks a Director, Data Center Development & Construction to lead entitlement, design, construction and promotional efforts for data center projects. Based at the Irving, TX site with 25% travel to HQ and potential site expansions, you will collaborate with consultants, engineers, general contractors, and capital partners to drive projects from inception to closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, develop business plans and pro-forma

Qualifications

• Lead data center project development and management through lifecycle.
• Coordinate entitlement and design development; review reports and results.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Develop pro-forma models and financial analyses for investments.
• Implement sustainability plans and track key metrics.
