Job summary

The Weitz Company in Virginia is seeking a Mission Critical Plus (MC+) Day 2 Project Manager to lead small- to medium-sized retrofit, upgrade, and tenant-improvement projects inside active data centers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and safety, coordinating with client operations, engineers, and trade partners to ensure reliable operations with minimal disruption.

Applicants should have at least five years in construction PM roles, with data center or mission-critical experience

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of five years in construction project management.
• Experience in mission-critical data center or operational environments preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution to align with contract terms, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead risk management and mitigation across projects.
• Coordinate construction activities in live facilities to ensure safety and uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with client operations, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain system reliability.
