Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains.
• Track milestones and prevent schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied.
• Produce formal project status reports.
• Forecast milestones and budgets.
• Provide cost control and value engineering input.
